Michael and Lucy Vaughan founded Vaughan Ltd in 1983 to meet the demand in the interior design world for stylish and classical lighting made to the highest standards. Having previously been dealers in decorative antiques they fully appreciated the sort of lighting that was needed. Vaughan's London showroom at G1 Chelsea Harbour Design Centre displays their entire range in a realistic decorative setting. The Vaughan New York showroom was opened in 1996 and is situated in central Manhattan in the D & D Building.
